Make sure you hold the phone correctly, to avoid pain in the neck, if your day involves lots of time on the phone. You should avoid cradling your phone because it may cause pain on your neck and shoulder. Keep your phone upright instead with one hand. Also, regularly switch ears.
Finally, consider investing in a hands-free headset so that the phone can be used without changing your posture!
Adjust your car seat so that your neck and back are supported. Make sure that you are sitting upright and holding your head and neck with correct posture.
You don't have to reach the steering wheel. Your arms should instead be in a comfortable position that is slightly bent.
