After-hours calls made to our office at (405) 748-3300 will be received by an answering service and reported to the physician on call. A response will be received promptly.
For a medical emergency, please seek treatment at the nearest hospital or emergency room. Your physician or the on-call physician will be notified. During regular business hours, please contact our office staff who will address your concerns promptly.
Requests for prescription refills will be authorized only for current patients during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Any medication requested after 3:00 p.m. may not be called in until the next business day.
Requests for medication refills after hours, on weekends, or on holidays will not be addressed. The on-call physician will not answer calls regarding pain medication.
The fastest way to access your medical records is through our secure Patient Portal. Visit summaries, lab results, imaging reports, and other health information are available to you 24/7 at no charge.
Access Patient PortalNeuroscience Specialists outsources medical records requests to HealthMark Group. HealthMark fulfills all patient requests for personal copies at no charge to the patient. By default, your records will be sent to you via email. A hard copy can be sent if requested.

Disability and FMLA form completion is handled by HealthMark Group, our medical records partner. Our office does not complete these forms directly. Once you submit your request to HealthMark, they coordinate with your physician, employer, and insurance company on your behalf. The entire process takes approximately seven business days. There is a fee for this service, determined and collected by HealthMark directly.

We require insurance information and verification before your appointment. Please bring your current insurance card to every visit. Co-pays and known patient balances are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
