Ask specifically: Is Neuroscience Specialists in-network? What is my specialist copay or deductible? Is a referral required?

Obtain a referral if required
Some plans require a referral from your primary care physician before a specialist visit. Confirm this with your insurer.

Bring your insurance card
Bring your current insurance card to every appointment — front and back.

Contact our billing team
Call our office at (405) 748-3300 if you have questions about billing, prior authorizations, or out-of-pocket estimates.
Workers' compensation: If your visit is related to a workplace injury, your treatment is billed to your employer's workers' compensation carrier — not your personal health insurance. Bring your claim number and carrier information to your appointment.
