About Dr. White
Benjamin T. White, M.D. is a board-certified neurosurgeon and spine specialist at Neuroscience Specialists, P.C. He earned his B.S. at the University of Oklahoma as a Phi Beta Kappa scholar before receiving his M.D. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He completed his neurosurgical residency at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, then served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine from 2000 to 2007, joining Neuroscience Specialists that year.
Dr. White's clinical practice includes lumbar artificial disc replacement, spinal cord stimulation, and a broad spectrum of spine surgery. He chaired the AANS International Outreach Committee from 2002 to 2005 and has served on the Board of Directors of the Foundation for International Education in Neurosurgery since 2008. His published work includes contributions to Seminars in Neurosurgery and multiple neurosurgical textbooks.
